WHITE LABELED GPS SOLUTION

When a company offers/authorizes another company to re-sell the product/service offered by it with the authorized/offered company’s own branding, it is called white-labeling. GPS based vehicle tracking white labelled solutions is one such example.White-labeling is a very effective way of reaching out to a geographically spread population where trust is the important part of the business strategy. Since I have recently ventured into the business of GPS based vehicle tracking, I would like to share my experience with everyone”.

With its deep understanding of location based analytic and wide experience in the field of logistics, Axestrack boasts of the best team in the industry

Axestrack provides complete end-to-end solution which includes hardware, software and IT support. Axestrack, with its 350+ partner base, is the leading player in the Indian GPS market.

Axestrack makes you feel at ease. With its state of the art infrastructure, it remains at the top for seamless integration. It offers an array of hardware, specialized software solutions, and best in the industry IT support. For some-on like me who was absolutely new to this industry, Axestrack has helped me establish my business from the scratch. It focuses on designing solutions, rather than selling them, which helps in identifying the market, its need, and solving the problem from the core.

Axestrack believes that equipping the partner with its knowledge and experience will help in deeper penetration into the Indian market. But it also realizes that since it is relatively new technology for the Indian market, it is difficult to find experts. To counter this problem, Axestrack has divided its solutions in terms of complexity of the software and the variety of features offered. This helps the partner in identifying the nature of the market he/she is intending to target, the complexity of solution that is most suitable, and the level of support required to retain the customer.

To add on top of this, Axestrack has a variety of solutions targeting the fastest growing verticals in the logistics domain. Here are a few of them:

Silver Panel – Basic tracking features on web and mobile app

Gold Panel – Added modules for analysis and performance of the vehicle

Platinum Panel – All the latest features offered in the international location based analytics market.

Our Mobile Application

School Bus Application – A simple solution for a really complicated problem. A single app provides tracking, arrival projection, attendance compliance and an architecture that is extremely easy to integrate with existing School ERP systems.

Track Me – A device-less solution that helps in tracking an employee force on the field. It’s a simple mobile application that gives a common control window to set meetings, check employee mobility, compliance with the delegated duties and analysis of your employee’s on-field performance

It has been an exciting journey for me since my association with Axestrack. I am looking forward to increasing my knowledge in this domain and cash in on the opportunities provided by this amazing company.

Long Haul Consignment Solution by AXESTRACK

“In a market inundated with thousands of Consignment Solutions, it is next to impossible to settle down-on one with full complacency” understands Axestrack's CEO.“That is why we have come up with one-stop-solution, a comprehensive package which would gratify ALL the requisites of any fleet owner”, he says. He adds “Not only that we are incorporating all the features, but our team has hammered a lot upon each feature making it far better than what is accessible in the market as of now.” Axestrack claims to have a bunch of adept, ardent and assiduous people. As stated by Axestrack’s CTO, “Our people are our greatest credit and biggest differentiator.”

Reverting to the main plot, I tried understanding that what is so peculiar and noteworthy about Axestrack’s Long Haul Consignment Solution. Here are the points that I came up with:

Finely concocted solution: With ‘Solutions Team’ sharing 60+ years of experience in IT + Operations + Consultancy, they can and successfully they are endeavoring to customize solutions as per the client requirements. A ‘solution’ is tailored in a way that it addresses all the pain points of the client. Their acme being ‘data analytic’, you can expect solution with fine details.

No more offline devices: The team proficiently handles 80+ GPS devices. “Although our device up-time is 97%, but still we have field engineers present in over 80 cities stalking for an offline device”, their CMO excitedly shares this fact.

Software that never sleeps: Needless to mention that Axestrack brags about the solution which has been conceptualized under the able guidance of their CTO, an ex- Microsoft’ian. The software is already handling massive volumes of data and is all set for enormous future volumes. “Our software up-time is 99%, which really talks a lot about us” as quoted by their CTO.

“Do Not Pay” Option: Yes! For high volume device orders this is true! They extend OPEX option as well to their customers, besides the conventional one. So, now the client need not worry about the upfront investment, or the post-sales support, and it also means endless warranty on GPS devices.

Absolute Solution: It would be difficult to find a feature that is not present on their list. The  features list is wholesome and complete, including ‘UI for all Key Players’, ‘Dynamic Grouping’, ‘Senior Management Dashboards’, ‘Key Performance Indicators’, ‘Proactive Analytic’, ‘Conformity and Compliance Status Reports’, ‘Indigenous Mobile App’, ‘Auto Monitoring’, ‘Flexibility of Data Input’, and more.

GPS Tracking System – Moving At A Fast Pace

GPS, which stands for global positioning system, was first introduced in the 1970’s by the United States military, solely for its own navigation purpose. It gathered huge success which resulted in the extensive use of GPS in other fields by 1980’s.

Initially known as GNSS (global navigation satellite system), it maps earth in any kind of weather. The whole world is covered by the constellation of GPS satellites, with each satellite constantly transmitting radio signals to detect the location, speed and direction of travel of a GPS sensor (receiver).

GPS system broadly constitutes of four parts- satellites, receiver, mobile tower and the software
Satellites transmit information through radio waves which are received by the receiver in the GPS device. It then transfers this data to the mobile tower using mobile network (GSM/CDMA). From there the data is carried by GPRS network to the server, which stores the raw data in its database for further use, carried by local internet to the needful systems like laptops and mobiles.

Processing this data leads to meaningful information about vehicle’s location, movement, route, speed etc. Advanced GPS devices can record more information like ignition status, fuel status, air conditioner status, odometer reading etc.

Software is an important part of this set-up. It is where the user interacts with the system and views the processed, meaningful information.

Axestrack Software Solutions, one of the leading GPS system providers in India, caters to the following industries, exemplifying the extensive usage of GPS system across all industries

VEHICLE TRACKING SYSTEM IN INDIA

A vehicle tracking system works with the aim of providing complete control over the vehicles with the use of technology.

Vehicle tracking system is basically used for getting the vehicle’s location in real time. GPS tracking system combines the Real time location and the back end processing for getting the comprehensive picture of the vehicle’s position and also various types of information about vehicle parameters like speed, stoppage, and other vehicle activities.

The basic requirements for implementing vehicle tracking system in the vehicles are:

1) GPS device, GPS stands for  global positioning system which is fitted into the vehicles that captures the location of the GPS/vehicles. Other information like ignition status, fuel, air conditioner status, idling time, odometer reading etc.  also can be known by using the GPS device with necessary integrations.

2) Server, A server is required for receiving data from the GPS device, to store the data securely and also to make data available for the user on demand.

3) SIM, SIM fetches the information from the server sent by the GPS device using cellular network and provide it to the user on the software.

4) SOFTWARE, Software is the back end processing as well as the user interface that defines how the user has access to the information.

Advantages of using the vehicle tracking system are:

1) Locate your fleet remotely

2) Help boost driver efficiency

3) Optimize vehicle usage

4) Intelligent transport services

5) Lifeline for the logistics business

6) Enhance security of your vehicle

7) Increase the productivity & reduce the operation cost

Vehicle tracking system is one the most popular technologies these days and hence has a high demand since it facilitates better fleet management and is also a good option for the logistics business person since it lets them track their consignments.
